Jazz from New York: Ilya Dynov invites Jihee Heo (NYC)

They bring American jazz in piano trio format and play a mix of jazz standards and their own compositions.
Ilya Dynov is a Belgian drummer who has been living in New York for several years. He is active in the New York jazz scene and has played in clubs such as 55 Bar, Bar Next Door, Fat Cat, toured New Orleans and played major festivals in Europe such as Bohemia Jazz Fest, Vilnius Mama Jazz, Sfinks Mixed and many Others. He was described in the press as virtuoso, fantastic, amazing.
He invites New York pianist Jihee Heo to play in trio format. Jihee Heo is a New York-based jazz pianist, composer and keyboardist. Heo has performed at critically acclaimed festivals and venues such as Leverkusen Jazz Festival, The Washington DC Jazz Festival, O+ Festival, The International African Arts Festival, The Jersey Shore Festival, Bergen Pac, Harlem Stage, National Sawdust, The Bitter End, Rockwood Music Hall, Nublu, Cornelia Street Cafe and Brooklyn Bowls, among others. On November 20, 2020, Heo released their first trio album "Are You Ready?" featuring legendary drummer Rodney Green, New York's top bassist Marty Kenney and two-time Grammy Award-winning producer Mike Marciano. It has been praised by Downbeat Magazine, All About Jazz's Track of the day, radio stations in the United States, Canada and Europe, and the album has also been selected for the Jazz at Lincoln Center's monthly jazz album.
